Veneto 2024

The Veneto region is widely known for the magical city of Venice, the vibrant university town of Padua and Palladian villas in Vicenza. We will live among the locals for the week in Padua visiting the daily markets, Giotto’s renowned Scrovegni chapel, stunning St. Anthony of Padua church and the splendid buildings at the University of Padua. Included days trips will be Venice, Vicenza, where we will admire the architecture of Palladio and charming villages that have been described as “paradise on earth.”

Umbria 2023

Umbria is a region situated in central Italy and frequently named “the green heart of Italy” for its rolling green hills, stunning natural beauty and medieval towns. Artisan treasures in Umbria include ceramics, alabaster, leather and textiles. Umbria borders Tuscany so we will include a splash of Tuscany in the tour.

Puglia

Puglia is the region of undiscovered treasures located in southern Italy. Hope you can join us to explore the trulli of Alberobello, sassi of mystical Matera, the white city of Ostuni, undiscovered seaside towns, baroque architecture in Lecce and orecchiette pasta among other culinary treats!
